FXJournalPro Bridge v1.10 · MetaTrader 5 desktop

Your MT5 trades in your journal within minutes.

The free Bridge EA reads your MetaTrader 5 history and sends every closed trade, deposit, withdrawal, bonus and fee straight to your journal through our own server. It only reads — it never trades for the journal.

You need MetaTrader 5 desktop on Windows or Mac and the FX Journal Pro app (iPhone or Android), where you find your personal code.

Install in four steps

  1. Download the EA above and unzip it.
  2. Install: in MetaTrader 5 choose File › Open Data Folder › MQL5 › Experts. Copy FXJournalPro_Bridge.mq5 there, refresh the Navigator and double-click the EA to compile it.
  3. Allow the connection: Tools › Options › Expert Advisors › Allow WebRequest for listed URL, and add https://fxjournal-api.pawelonger.workers.dev (replace any older address in that list).
  4. Paste your code: drag the EA onto any chart and paste your code (MK-XXXX-XXXX) from the app. Codes from older app versions must be generated again in the app.

The first run sends up to 3 years of history. After that, each trade you close appears in your journal within minutes, on every device signed in to your FX Journal account.

What the EA sends

  • Closed trades, balance operations (deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, partner income, fees) and your balance.
  • Your account number, server and broker name, so the trades land in the right account.
  • Never a password. It does not open, close or change orders.
