Refunds & cancelling

Pro is sold through the App Store, Google Play and on the web. Whoever took your payment handles the refund. Here is exactly what to do.

Last updated 1 November 2026

In short

  • Cancel any time where you bought Pro; it stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
  • App Store and Google Play refunds are decided by Apple or Google under their rules. We cannot refund a store purchase ourselves, but we will help.
  • Bought on the web? We handle the refund ourselves — see below.
  • Deleting the app or your account does not stop a subscription. Cancel it first.

Cancel a subscription

iPhone, iPad or Mac (App Store)

  1. Open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions, then FX Journal Pro.
  3. Tap Cancel subscription. Pro stays on until the end of the current period.

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions (or Play Store › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions).
  2. Choose FX Journal Pro and tap Cancel subscription.

To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancelling during a free trial means you are not charged.

Ask for a refund

App Store

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, choose Request a refund and pick FX Journal Pro. Apple decides and usually replies within 48 hours.

Google Play

Within 48 hours of the payment you can request a refund directly from Google Play: Google Play refund help. After 48 hours, e-mail us at info@annmarlimited.co.uk with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) and we will look at your request fairly — for example if you were charged after cancelling or could not use Pro because of a fault on our side.

Bought on the web (app.fxjournalpro.uk)

Web purchases are card payments processed by Stripe through RevenueCat, our subscription provider. Your receipt and every renewal receipt are e-mailed to you.

Cancel

  1. Sign in at app.fxjournalpro.uk and open Account.
  2. Choose Manage subscription. A secure customer portal opens.
  3. Cancel there. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for; you are not charged again. Cancelling during the free trial means you are not charged at all.

Refund

  • Within 14 days of your first payment you can cancel and ask for a refund under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Because Pro starts straight away at your request, we may keep a fair amount for the days you already used it.
  • After 14 days you can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period; we do not refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it — for example if Pro did not work as described.
  • To ask, e-mail info@annmarlimited.co.uk from the e-mail address on your receipt. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days.

Your rights

Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights if the app is faulty or not as described. Read our Terms of use for the full terms.
